Courses – Season 2025/2026
Latino Dance
(f/m – 8+ years)
Latino Dance is an entertaining, energetic dance style from Latin America with rhythms such as salsa, samba and cha-cha-cha. It involves moving to lively music, using your hips and feet, and enjoying the beat together with friends.

Calisthenics
(f/m – 18+ years)
Calisthenics is a training method that uses only your own body weight to build strength, balance and flexibility. It includes exercises such as push-ups, pull-ups, squats and handstands. You can do it almost anywhere, and it’s a great way to get strong and fit and learn cool skills without needing any special equipment.

GymDance
(f – groups 5-7 years, 8+ years)
GymDance combines elements of gymnastics and dance with body control and expression. Gymnasts are prepared for artistic gymnastics dance exercises for beginners, which are performed individually or in groups for internal and public performances.

Rhythmic Gymnastics
(f – groups 5-6 years, 7-9 y, 10+ y)
Rhythmic Gymnastics (RG) is a beautiful and dynamic discipline within the sport of gymnastics. RG focuses on floor exercises performed with or without apparatus such as rope, ball, hoop, clubs and ribbon, combining artistic elements from ballet, dance and acrobatics.

MiniGym
(f/m – 3-5 years)
MiniGym is a beginner’s course that teaches the basic elements of gymnastics before moving on to other courses (RG, GymDance). Gymnasts (aged 3–5) are introduced to the various sporting elements in a playful way.

AcroGym
(f – 7+ years)
AcroGym (acrobatics) is a sport that combines gymnastics, dance and partner lifting exercises. Athletes work together to perform balance exercises, somersaults and creative poses, often in pairs or groups. This sport promotes strength, trust and teamwork, while also being fun and exciting.
