Initial Registration & Subscription to training classes

There are 2 distinct steps :

initial registration – only for new members (see online form below)
subscription to one or more training classes for already registered members (via our member portal)

New members must first fill in below online registration form providing data about the gymnast to join our club and furthermore details about one of the parents or a tutor.
Adult members (i.e. group Calisthenics) should simply enter again their names into the fields ‘Parent/Tutor’.
After having validated your data, we will provide access to our member portal where you could subscribe registered members to training sessions.

Members already registered during one of the last seasons received already an email with all necessary explications to access the member portal and subscribe to training sessions. If you did not receive such an email, please contact us.

All fields marked by an asterisk (*) must be filled in.
Please assure that the email address & mobile number specified are correct, as the email address is used to connect to the member portal as well as for receiving news – the mobile number will be used to spread information via WhatsApp.
Both parents or 2 tutors may provide their email address and mobile number using fields ‘2nd E-Mail address’ and ‘2nd Mobile number’, but only one place of residence can be specified.
Even if the Social Security Number is an optional field, as far as one of the parents is working in Luxembourg the member should have a social security number. Without this number, the creation of a license with the national gymnastic association (FLGym) becomes somewhat more difficult.
If a nationality is missing, please use ‘other’ and leave us a comment inside the ‘Comments / Remarks’ field about the nationality of the member.
If you want to register several members, you must fill in the form for each member (even if the parent/tutor doesn’t change).
For siblings we recommend to register all members using one parent/tutor contact.
